Holding a Blessed Embodiment card and prompt

Blessed Embodiment; a circle for coming home to your body.

art journal, pens, art supplies

You were made good, this is a remembering.

Have you read all the ebooks, taken all the advice and tried to improve yourself into peace, but found it still didn’t reach the tender places that hurt?

At Blessed Embodiment, we trade the noise of ‘how to’ for learning to listen to the quiet of ourselves.  We make art, write prayers, work with colour, and remember how to hear ourselves again.

The circle is where you listen for your original blessing, creatively, with paint, ink, oils, tea and talk.

Join us for a small, creative circle, a two hour art journaling experience with gentle guidance, quiet ritual, and an afternoon cream tea.

This s a sacred creative space for women returning to the truth that they were made good in the midst of art supplies and tea.

You’ll be guided through reflective prompts, moments of silence, and creative play using beautiful art supplies:  paints, collage, wash tape, and pens, sacred words and anointing oils.  All this to begin your own Blessed Embodiment Journal.  This journal becomes yours to continue at home; a safe place to explore healing, body kindness and sacred noticing

No experience needed.  All supplies are provided, including. Your own blank art journal to begin.
